SENDING A RUNABOUT CODE TO A FIELDWORKER

For a fieldworker to be able to add their Fieldworker subscription to Runabout they need to be sent a code from ASAP. These codes are only last an hour.

If you don't have access to ASAP please contact your Ecovantage Account Manager and get them to create a code for you.

You can access your list of field workers from the main menu bar:

ADMIN > FIELDWORKERS

Double click on the fieldworker that you want to generate a code for.

Make sure their email address is saved in their record. (Alternatively set your own email address if you want to just call the fieldworker and give them the code)

Click on the green CREATE SETUP CODE

This button has created a CODE and emailed it to the email address saved in the fieldworker record. You can also call the fieldworker and read it out to them.
